Compensation: $22-28/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining data required for preparing cost estimates, including project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation.
- Bid Preparation: Support the estimating team in preparing and submitting competitive bids by compiling required information and documentation.
- Vendor Coordination: Contact suppliers and subcontractors to request quotes and ensure timely receipt of pricing information.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage spreadsheets, cost analysis reports, and other documentation related to project estimates.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the estimating department's filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data retrieval.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to clarify project requirements and address inquiries related to estimates.
- Project Coordination: Handle all permitting, project timelines and closeout documents.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customers and partners are getting a 5-Star Experience.
- Phones: Provide backup to Dispatcher in answering phones.
- Support Office Manager: Provide any additional office and administrative support.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving estimating processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing skills
- High school diploma required, 2-year associates degree preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Commercial Construction experience preferred but not required
