QUALIFICATION:
- Sales experience (preferably in countertops, home improvement, or interior design)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to read plans and measurements (a plus, but not required)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Generate and follow up on leads to drives sales
- Work closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
