Description:
We are looking to hire Instrumentation/Calibration Technician who can (with minimum training):
· Demonstrate competent awareness of safety issues/concerns
· Fully use meters to the level of troubleshooting (i.e., Temp/Amps /Volts/Ohm's etc.)
· Demonstrate diagnostic knowledge, and troubleshooting skills related to calibration.
· Properly identify instrumentation and recommend proper instrumentation for customer needs.
· Calibrate, and troubleshoot DC actuated/temperature (RTD’s, Thermocouples, etc)/ temperature controllers/ flow meters (mag, ultrasonic, etc)/ pressure/ weights/ and analytical instruments (pH, ORP, DO. Etc).
· Read and implement procedures specified by the manufacturer
· Communicate procedures to customers and adapt to process
· Work independently and execute trouble calls related to experience
Job Qualifications:
· A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent Required
· 2-year degree in Electronics, Electrical or equivalent certification preferred
· 5-10 years of related experience in the Electrical Industry or related field preferred
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 50Lbs, work on equipment-bending, kneeling, sitting, and/or standing
· Valid Driver’s License
· Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check.
