**Job Summary:**
This position involves designing, testing, and implementing projects efficiently while meeting project specifications. The Electrical Project Engineer will work on all aspects of project implementation, including panel design, hardware selection, programming, testing, and site support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Electrical. Three years of related work experience is preferred. The ability to learn technical skills and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and implement electrical projects efficiently
- Work on all aspects of project implementation, including panel design, hardware selection, programming, testing, and site support
- Collaborate with sales, receiving, drafting, documentation, purchasing, production, and shipping teams to complete projects
- Perform design analysis, including fuse sizing, breaker sizing, wire sizing, and short circuit analysis
- Conduct in-shop testing and field startups
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Electrical
- Three years of related work experience (preferred)
- Ability to learn technical skills and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Background check and random drug screenings required
**Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work may be required from time to time.
