Job Description:
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an Electrical Project Engineer to work in all areas of project implementation, including panel design, hardware selection, programming, testing, and site support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Electrical. They should also have entry-level experience or three years of related work experience in the field and be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include designing, testing, implementing, and completing projects while meeting project specifications and requirements, working with relay and PLC based control panel designs, performing design analysis, and supporting various departments to see projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, testing, and implementing projects according to specifications
- Working on relay and PLC based control panel designs
- Performing design analysis and testing
- Supporting Sales, Receiving, Drafting, Documentation, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Electrical
- Entry-level experience or three years of related work experience in the field
- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with standard business hours, but longer hours, evenings, and weekend work may be required from time to time.
