About the Role
As an Electrical Project Specialist at Control Systems, Inc., you will be responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and completing projects efficiently. Your primary goal is to meet project specifications while ensuring cost-effectiveness. You will work in all areas of project implementation, including panel design, hardware selection, programming, testing, and site support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control panels using relay and PLC technology.
- Perform design analysis, including fuse sizing, breaker sizing, wire sizing, and short circuit analysis.
- Conduct in-shop testing and field startups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Receiving, Drafting, Documentation, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Basic computer software skills using Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, Internet, and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Entry-level accepted or three years of related work experience in a related field.
- A willingness to learn technical skills and continue education in the industry.
- Self-motivation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
