Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive efficiency. The Operations Manager reports to and partners with the General Manager to support daily project operations. This position requires strong leadership, organization, time management, communication and client service skills. They must possess advanced knowledge and expertise in full-service testing and certification of cleanrooms.
Duties
- Lead and manage operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Equipment logistics
- Project scheduling/coordination
- Work with field technicians to ensure that work is completed per customer requirements
- Review certification reports for accuracy
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
