Survey CAD Technician
ControlPoint is looking for a motivated Survey CAD Technician to prepare detailed drawings for land survey projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. This role involves working collaboratively with survey teams to produce accurate maps and deliverables from field data to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Interpret survey data, field notes, and legal descriptions.
- Collaborate with field crews and project managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in CAD drafting, preferably in a survey or civil engineering environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard computer operations.
- Solid math skills.
- Associate's degree in CAD technology or a related field (desirable).
