What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Protection and Control Engineer position at Controlpoint Technology?
ControlPoint Technologies is seeking all levels of Protection and Control Engineer to support our Protection & Control Engineering team. This position is available on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis and could be performed remotely depending on the candidates experience and performance.
The position will include project engineering and technical review of projects for electric utility transmission and distribution systems with voltage levels from 5 kV to 345 kV.
Position may include full or partial responsibility of the following assignments :
- Protection and control design including one lines, three lines, AC and DC schematics, panel arrangements, equipment wiring and relay and control panel wiring
- Plan engineering project deliverables with stakeholders
- Relay Settings (a plus)
- Strong client focus and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
