SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Project Manager will work organize, plan, and track workstreams to deliver website redesign and other projects as needed. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week.
TASKS
- Manage workstreams for the development of websites that are essential for delivering high-quality digital experiences on schedule.
- Establish and track project deliverables while proactively addressing obstacles in executing work plans for project activities, sprints, or phases.
- Lead and manage sprint planning and task management to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly.
- Set deadlines and track project progress, following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Facilitate meetings with teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear, prioritized agendas, providing timely recaps, and driving the resolution of next steps.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing web projects.
- Proven track record of driving websites and web features to launch, with a strong focus on detail and quality user experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of agile project management practices, with experience leading sprints in large organizations and proactive planning.
- Experience collaborating with other disciplines to launch digital tools and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership, experts, and decision-makers across teams, coaching teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Experience establishing project management processes for cross-functional teams with diverse working styles.
