Job Summary
Controls & Automation Consultants (CAC) is seeking a Serialization Implementation Engineer with 5 years of experience in implementing serialization equipment within pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments. The selected candidate will undergo training on the ATLAS Serialization Platform and will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and validating the system at customer sites.
This is a 3-month contract position , with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate . The role requires occasional travel , including potential overseas assignments to Ireland (to be determined).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete training on the ATLAS Serialization Platform and associated hardware / software integration.
- Install, configure, and commission serialization equipment at customer sites.
- Validate system performance and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards .
- Integrate serialization software with automated packaging lines, printers, vision systems, and barcode scanners .
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during installation and commissioning.
- Conduct testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure system adoption.
- Support serial number management, aggregation, disaggregation, rework, and label printing .
- Provide post-installation support , including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including automation engineers, IT specialists, and compliance personnel.
- Travel to customer sites for on-site installation, with potential travel overseas to Ireland as needed.
