Integration Services Manager
This critical role is focused on ensuring the successful integration of our SaaS solutions with customers' existing systems, including ERP platforms and other third-party tools. You will oversee the implementation of our APIs, connectors, and ETL solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and maintain integration best practices, standards, and frameworks to support seamless deployments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on integration strategies and roadmap enhancements.
Partner Strategy, Development and Management:
• Develop and maintain a network of 3rd partners and /or independent contractors that can provide expertise and augment internal services teams during integration engagements
Implementation Support:
• Lead the services team in implementing APIs, connectors, and ETL solutions to integrate the company's software with third-party systems.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure integrations are robust, secure, and scalable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues during the implementation process.
Team Enablement:
• Train and mentor the services team to build expertise in deploying APIs, connectors, and other integration tools.
• Create detailed documentation, playbooks, and training materials to standardize integration practices.
Customer Engagement:
• Work directly with customers to understand their integration needs and tailor solutions to their environments.
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority integration challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with product and sales teams to represent customer integration requirements.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure post-implementation support and continued satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor integration performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, integration tools, and trends to enhance the company’s capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in integration management, technical consulting, or similar roles within the SaaS industry.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.), ETL processes, and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating SaaS solutions with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both
technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with modern integration tools such as Workato.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS) and microservices.
• Certification in integration platforms or methodologies
• Travel at 25- 50%
