Friendly, fast-paced Oceanside office seeking punctual order processor.
We are looking for a professional, hardworking, and punctual individual to join our team. The ideal order processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day.
An Order Processor is responsible for making sure that the order workflow process is accurate before transmitting orders to the warehouse for fulfillment. Works well under pressure and able to meet order deadlines and provide excellent customer service support.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Entering customer orders into company software and/or EDI.
· Interaction with customers regarding their orders via phone and email.
· Answer incoming customer inquiries
· Follow-up on customer shipments and tracking customer orders.
· Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required
· Obtaining truck quotes online or through brokers for LTL shipments
· Prepare shipments for customer orders or warehouse transfers via UPS, FEDEX, USPS or LTL (may include labeling, creating packing slips and bill of ladings)
· Assist other employees with administrative or clerical support
Qualifications:
· Computer literate.
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with strong work ethic
· Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to prioritize tasks
· Must have knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus
