**Your Role**
As a physician and leader in our APC clinics, you will:
- Develop and implement workflows and processes that reflect the needs of the Bangor community.
- Lead by example in adopting value-based care principles to proactively educate, navigate, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Mentor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
**Requirements**
- You are an experienced and compassionate physician with a strong desire to lead and innovate in healthcare.
- Holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with experience in outpatient primary care or a similar setting.
