SUMMARY: The Commerical Operations Assistant is a dynamic support role whose primary responsibility is to support the organization’s commercial operations and marketing by managing and deploying critical product information. This role supports the integration of our ERP (Epicor) and CRM, (Salesforce) ensuring the systems align with business objectives, particularly in accounting, commercial operations and marketing, and will leverage the best practices to maximize efficiency and performance across the organization. optimizing the use of technology, the individual will also be responsible for creating and managing monthly reporting and serve as a support function for our marketing team in their promotion of Company’s marketing strategy via website, social medical and print.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Collaboration between accounting and commercial team to ensure modules support accurate reporting
- Data management, combining data from different sources and maintaining consistency for accurate reporting and analysis
- Work with teams to optimize workflows, such as demand forecasting, sales reporting, and supply chain management
- Evaluation and recommendation for systems upgrades and enhancements
- User support and training
- Ensure systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits to maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Track project progress and deliverables to ensure successful completion within scope and budget.
- Lead and manage projects, including system implementations, module rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
- Build and schedule reports for profitability analysis, sales history, supplier reporting and sales campaign dashboards
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Computer and advanced Excel skills required.
- Good verbal and communication skills are a must.
- Prior experience in data analysis, ERP systems, Salesforce, B2B sales, B2B marketing, and/or B2B business development a plus.
- CDP certified a plus
