Conventus is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for all positions across the organization with emphasis on sales-focused roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and develop effective hiring strategies. Beyond sourcing and screening, you’ll play a critical role in refining our interview practices and recruitment processes. As the first contact many people have with our company, you'll be the person that gets candidates excited about working here. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish tailored hiring strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams.
- Recruit for all roles across the company, with a primary focus on hiring sales-focused positions including top-performing loan officers
- Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills, qualifications, and by guiding them throughout our hiring process, setting them up for success.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate experience to improve recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interviews and candidates to support seamless reporting and compliance.
- Support on projects and work cross-functionally to build or revamp existing programs (ie - interviewer training, recruiting events, content, and employer brand-building strategies).
