- Assist clients with billing questions and processing.

- Utilize CMS tools to track client interactions.
- Valid insurance license in property and casualty.
- Proven experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using technology and learning our CMS system (Hawksoft).
