Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Revenue Manager based in Erie, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Hospitality Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing revenue management strategies, analyzing financial data, recognizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. The role involves frequent data analysis to maximize profitability and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pricing Decisions: Analyze data to make informed decisions about pricing based on demand, seasonality, special events, and competitor activity.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning: Predict market trends and devise pricing strategies that optimize occupancy rates and revenue while staying ahead of the competition.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the market—monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies to seize new opportunities and refine pricing for maximum impact.
- Revenue Management Strategy: Create and implement revenue strategies that enhance hotel performance, boosting revenue across our diverse portfolio.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with ongoing promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Performance Auditing: Regularly audit pricing strategies across properties to ensure ongoing optimization and maximum profitability.
- Channel Management: Allocate room availability across multiple distribution channels to ensure the hotel is maximizing revenue and minimizing overbookings or underselling.
- Performance Reporting: Provide monthly summaries and actionable insights to senior leadership to guide long-term strategic planning.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve hotel website booking processes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Cost Management: Analyze distribution partners and contracted rates to reduce distribution costs while driving revenue.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Tourism, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management (multi-property experience preferred).
- Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or IHG is essential.
- Advanced skills in Excel/PowerBI or other data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of hotel technology and industry-specific software.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
