About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Converge Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a marketing plan and sales budget with the General Manager.
- Solicit new and existing business accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through outside sales calls, relationships, telephone solicitation, site tours, and written communication/collateral.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.
Key Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of hospitality sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and business management fields.
