Senior AVEVA PI Developer
Location : Atlanta, GA (Relocation Package Available)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AVEVA PI Developer to join our client's team in Atlanta. This role is pivotal in leading the installation, configuration, upgrade, and optimization of AVEVA OSIsoft PI systems while delivering advanced analytics and real-time data integration solutions. You'll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and driving strategic business outcomes through your expertise in SCADA and field application integrations.
Responsibilities :
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and develop robust solutions for real-time data integration.
- Ensure continuous functionality and availability of the AVEVA OSIsoft PI Historian for critical operations, including pipeline management, tank farm oversight, and product delivery.
- Support and maintain AVEVA OSI PI Data Historian infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in facilities and control centers.
- Install, upgrade, and configure PI OPC Interfaces, including failover and buffering systems.
- Administer PI Vision Servers, PI-AF SDK, PI Web API, PI DataLink, and develop PI Vision pages.
- Perform hands-on configuration and testing for PI Data Historian systems, including creating / modifying tags, AF templates, dashboards, and analytics.
- Lead the design and deployment of integrations, including PI to PI Interfaces, OPC DA / UA, and RDBMS connections.
- Develop custom visualization tools and dashboards using PI Vision, PI AF, and related platforms.
- Plan, implement, and manage complex projects related to real-time data integration and optimization.
- Provide input for technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials while adhering to best practices for system design and configuration.
