We are seeking a full-time IT Systems / Business Data Analyst to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have expertise in consolidating data from multiple sources and performing a variety of data-driven activities to empower the company to make informed decisions.
They will contribute to a variety of data automation and software initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes across multiple departments, with a primary focus on utilizing low-code platforms. Their responsibilities will include optimizing the use of existing technology, identifying opportunities for upgrades, and ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of technological advancements.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a range of tools and techniques.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all automated processes.
- Collaborate with IT team members and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical support for automation solutions as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging automation trends and technologies, recommending solutions for adoption.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and assist leadership in setting strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, data analytics, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process automation with proficiency in one or more programming languages; Python (preferred), JavaScript, SQL
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, self-directed, and results-driven individual.
