Your Mission
As a dynamic operative in our Data & Analytics crew, you will:
- Partner with our innovative teams to weave complex data into compelling narratives for business optimization.
- Be the linchpin that aligns media and client objectives through robust analytical frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Be the detective and the strategist, identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and predicting business outcomes with your analytical prowess.
- Act as a data liaison, ensuring seamless flow and integration of information for peak reporting and optimization.
- Develop and refine testing that uncovers actionable insights, driving performance enhancements.
- Unravel data patterns, providing comprehensive performance reporting both internally and to our valued clients.
- Create and manage dashboards that keep vital metrics at the forefront of our strategic endeavors.
- Play a critical role in evolving our measurement and reporting processes, setting new standards in our analytical approach.
- Pioneer predictive models that offer a glimpse into the future of performance trends.
- A bachelor's degree in a field where numbers are your native language—think statistics, engineering, economics, mathematics, marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools of the trade, including but not limited to MySQL, Python, R, MatLab, and BigQuery.
- A proven track record with 1-3 years in business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar role where data visualization isn’t just a task—it’s an art.
- Fluency in BI and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, or Looker.
- A familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a huge plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business language for stakeholders with varying degrees of data expertise.
