NICU RRT Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our NICU team at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Medical Center in Temple, TX. The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in the NICU, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care to patients in the NICU using established protocols and guidelines
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans to address specific needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
- Document patient care and treatment in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Current licensure to practice as an RRT in the state of Texas
- 2 years of experience working in a NICU setting
