Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring efficient resource utilization
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient transitions and discharge planning
- Evaluate and assess patient needs, implementing appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize care outcomes
- Minimum 24 months of current Case Management RN experience - REQUIRED
- Active RN license - REQUIRED
- Certifications: Must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross certified; active upon submission - REQUIRED
- No Nursys hits - REQUIRED
- Travel experience preferred
- Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes (declination forms available)
- Must have an active license at time of submission
- Skills Checklist specific to discipline (must be less than one year old)
- Background check and compliance requirements must be met and attested
- No RTO in the first week or on holidays; cannot exceed 7 days
- Estimated Pay Per Hour: $70
- Weekly Stipend: $1,589 (Meals: $602, Lodging: $987)
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,890
- Recruitment Bonus: $1,764 (based on a 12-week contract, prorated for shorter durations)
