Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care and advanced life support for ICU patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interventions.
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of current ICU experience.
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross).
- Licensure: Active RN license (AZ license required; temporary licenses not accepted).
- Required Skills & Documentation:
- No Nursys hits allowed.
- Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
- Flu vaccination required (declination forms available).
- Skills checklist must be less than one year old.
- Submission must include a detailed resume with facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.
- Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old).
- Banner-specific cover page must be completed.
- No RTO within the first two weeks or on holidays; total RTO cannot exceed 7 days.
- Travel experience preferred.
- On-call and weekend schedules determined by the facility.
- Estimated Hourly Rate: $59
- Estimated Travel Package:
- Hourly Rate: $22.26
- Weekly Stipend: $1,393 ($602 for meals, $791 for lodging)
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,194 (overtime hours require recalculation)
- Recruitment Bonus: $1,512.00 (based on a 13-week contract, prorated for shorter durations)
