Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for pregnant patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
- Administer medications, including epidurals and induction agents.
- Assist with emergency interventions, including C-sections.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care.
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and neonatal teams.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NRP (AHA or American Red Cross).
- EMR Experience: Epic experience required (must be listed on resume).
- Licensure: Active RN license.
- Required Skills & Documentation:
- Resume must include hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), and detailed job duties.
- Must explain any employment gaps in submission.
- RTO cannot exceed 5 days (even if willing to make up shifts).
- Must be available to start on the listed date—no flexibility.
- Travel radius restriction: Candidates must live 100 miles from the facility.
- Estimated Hourly Rate: $72
- Estimated Travel Package:
- Hourly Rate: $39.90
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246 ($476 for meals, $770 for lodging)
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,682 (overtime hours require recalculation)
- Recruitment Bonus: $1,848.00 (based on a 13-week contract, prorated for shorter durations)
