Position Overview

Specialty : Medical Surgical

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a Med Surg / Step Down setting.
  • Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience : Preferred 1 year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
  • Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS.
  • Licensure : Current RN license in good standing.
  • Other Requirements : Resume, skills checklist, licensure, certifications, driver’s license.
  • Scheduling Requirements : Must choose between 8-hour or 12-hour shifts and pick up at least one shift every 60 days to remain active.

    • Compensation

  • Estimated Hourly Rate : $52
  • Recruitment Bonus : $1,327.20 (for a 13-week contract, prorated for shorter durations)
