Full-Time X-ray Techs are eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus with an 18 month commitment!!!
Job Summary
The Radiographer plays a key role in ensuring efficient patient flow while supporting the provider in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Capturing high-quality x-ray images with accurate positioning and appropriate radiation exposure
Creating CD copies of patient images
Recording patient information in the EMR system
Performing rapid lab tests
Measuring and documenting vital signs
Accurately entering lab results into the EMR
Conducting EKGs
Applying orthopedic splints
Assisting the provider with basic medical procedures
Preparing and collecting specimens for LabCorp
Following established policies and procedures
Participating in staff meetings as scheduled by management
Completing tasks such as supply inventory during assigned shifts
Minimum Education and Professional Requirements :
Must be 18 years of age or older
Associate’s Degree or equivalent, required
Completion of an approved R.T. program
ARRT Certification and Maryland State Radiographer License, required
At least one year of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital, preferred
CPR Certification, required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work shifts of 12 hours
Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different locations
Schedule : Full-Time, 9 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 PM, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends. All centers are open 7 days a week, including holidays.
