Field Support Analyst
Looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist with to provide Level I & II support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT operations, including system updates, troubleshooting, and backups.
- Install and upgrade Windows OS and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve malware, virus, and network issues.
- Maintain LAN, phone systems, and IT inventory.
- Assist with IT purchasing and vendor coordination.
- Provide technical support and training to colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- A PC Technician certification required; Network and Dell Hardware are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
