- Providing recruitment and hiring support; ensures that position descriptions accurately reflect requirements, participates in applicant interviews, and assists managers in staffing decisions.
- Participating in related recruiting activities (e.g., attending in-person and virtual job fairs, campus events, etc.).
- Assisting with employee check-in, orientation, and check-out processes.
- Assisting with leave program administration; processes Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Leave Share requests.
- Providing general leave guidance to managers and employees.
- Maintaining appropriate information in the HR document tracking system for designated offices.
