Lead Software Developer – CIAM (Contract-to-Hire)
We are excited to present an excellent opportunity to join a leader in the automotive finance industry in a contract-to-hire role. Our client is actively building out their Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team and is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to drive this initiative forward.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CIAM and play a pivotal role in code reviews, security assessments, single sign-on (SSO) implementation for digital platforms, and guiding development teams on key technical initiatives such as API framework design. This position requires a hands-on engineering background combined with a strong leadership and mentorship mindset. As the team expands, the role will evolve to be less hands-on and more consultative , focusing on strategic guidance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee code reviews, security assessments, and best practices for CIAM development.
- Lead the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across digital platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Guide the team in API framework development and integration strategies .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable identity management solutions.
- Contribute to the organization’s cloud transformation journey , currently in its third year of an eight-year migration to Azure Cloud .
