We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and implement people-focused change management strategies within a highly respected financial services company. This role is critical in driving organizational transformation by ensuring that employees, leaders, and stakeholders successfully navigate changes in business processes, company culture, and ways of working.
As a key change leader, you will develop and execute structured change management plans that minimize resistance, increase employee engagement, and maximize adoption across all levels of the organization. This is not a technology adoption role; instead, it is focused on organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication strategies, and training initiatives to drive successful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies that drive engagement, alignment, and adoption of new business processes, organizational structures, and workplace initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership, HR, and key business stakeholders to assess organizational readiness and ensure a smooth transition.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, proactively addressing concerns and creating solutions to enhance employee adoption.
- Design and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, purpose, and impact of change initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, training workshops, and coaching programs to support employees and leadership through transitions.
- Develop and track change management metrics to measure the success of adoption efforts, engagement levels, and overall effectiveness of initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment between change initiatives and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field).
- 5 years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading people-focused change initiatives (mergers, restructuring, cultural shifts, process improvements, etc.).
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Steps, or similar frameworks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in training design and delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching.
- Prosci Change Management certification preferred, but not required.
