Position : Personnel Security Specialist (Contractor)
We are currently hiring experienced Personnel Security Specialists. In this role, you will :
- Compile and deliver accurate case file packages to the government, ensuring they are complete and ready for adjudicative processing in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Initiate employee submissions for the Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) or similar systems and facilitate fingerprint submissions.
- Handle the receipt, review, validation, and processing of documents and case files.
- Assist with security audits, manage end-of-day procedures, and oversee reception duties, including access control, visitor badging, mail distribution, and other administrative tasks in a professional office environment.
- Enter case-related data into Personnel Security (PERSEC) systems with precision, managing an annual caseload of approximately 12,000 requests as projected by DCMS-34.
- Provide direct support to SECCEN customers via telephone and email communications.
