Telecommunications Account Executive
Springfield, MO Region
Work Setting: Hybrid (combination of face-to-face customer meetings, in-office/shop interactions with the team, and remote work).
Provided: Laptop and cell phone.
Commission Structure: 15-25% uncapped commission (% of gross profit from equipment, parts, rentals, or subcontractor services), along with a monthly vehicle allowance, company cell phone, and additional monetary incentives.
- The Missouri location operates within MSS/Voice but offers products across three key divisions: Security (cameras/access control), Data (cybersecurity, BDA-DAS systems), and MSS (Motorola two-way radios, accessories, and high-end radio systems).
- HubSpot is used as the CRM platform.
- This role will manage existing accounts in Southwest Missouri, with verticals including Public Safety (police, fire, 911 centers, etc.) and potentially educational institutions. Accounts are aligned based on experience and background whenever possible to support existing relationships.
- While some accounts will be inherited, the role primarily focuses on generating and maintaining new business.
- Responsibilities include cold calling, scheduling appointments, and overseeing accounts through project management and sales transactions.
- Participation in bi-weekly sales meetings, submission of weekly sales reports, and discussion of targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- There are no strict territory limits. Travel percentage will depend on the individual’s ability to meet sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
