The role of an Integrations Engineer I plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge security and technology systems for our clients across the globe. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts to design, deploy, and maintain integrated solutions that protect and secure critical assets.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and solution architects to design and implement complex security and technology integrations, which may include access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and more.
- Willingness to travel to client sites globally, including international destinations, to oversee integration projects and provide on-site technical expertise.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system integration, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure that integrations meet client requirements and Convergint Federal | SigNet Technologies' standards.
- Train client personnel on the operation and maintenance of integrated systems, providing them with the knowledge to maximize the benefits of the solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that you are well-informed about the latest advances in security and technology systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
