We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Convergint. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, including service dispatching, tracking, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update call status in real-time
- Enter new sites and modify existing sites in our database with precision and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently
- Administer the check-in/check-out process for technicians while ensuring compliance with company safety policies
- Notify supervisors promptly of any missing or late technicians
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Compensation Package: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
