Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Security/Access Control Service Specialist in Memphis, TN. Our Service Specialists are responsible for servicing/maintaining comercial security and access control systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working on security, access control, video, and intrusison systems
- Certifications in Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, Milestone, or similar is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
