We are searching for a Transcreator Conversation Designer (French) to work with our internal team at Conversica. This is an Independent Contractor role based in United States and able to work during regular business hours in the Pacific Time Zone. Approximate hours of commitment per week is 10-20 with some flexibility in day/time of day.
The Transcreator Conversation Designer will localize and develop AI conversation in the French language. Conversations are industry-specific use cases that drive to certain outcomes or milestones in the customer journey. Transcreator Conversation Designers are also responsible for being available to work remotely with our internal team of Conversation Designers, creating variances available within the library of Conversations and Skills they produce, and joining customer calls to address or coach through any French language requests.
\n- Native fluency, written and oral, in French
- Deep awareness of French cultural and societal norms, particularly around business communication, in the specific locale where the language is being utilized
- Ability to perform translation of short conversation sentences used in email and chat communication
- Ability to assess the quality and acceptability of conversation that has been translated/localized by others
- Onboard with the Product process to understand the system, how conversations work, how variables work best practices, etc.
- Able to work regular business hours in Pacific Time zone to periodically attend specific meetings (internal and customer facing).
- Actively participate in customer meetings to understand customer brand positioning, communication style, and business objectives
- Work with Conversica team to apply customer information to create customized conversations in French
- Help to innovate and improve our content and make suggestions that will help adoption and satisfaction
- Able to work 10-20 hours per week
