Job Description

We are a small family-owned company that specializes in adhesive coating and lamination. We are looking for a candidate with a good work ethic that can do general labor production and learn to operate machines. Manufacturing experience not required, we do on-the-job training.

We have an immediate opening on our 1st shift. The shift schedule is Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm.

· 4 10-hour workday schedule!

· Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm (Friday’s/Overtime, as needed)

· Full Time!

· Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn $17.50 with the weekly attendance bonus!

· Quarterly attendance bonus at the end of each perfect quarter.

Duties

· Run various machines in a team-based environment.

· Cross train in different areas of the plant

· Work individually or on 2-4 person teams

· General labor tasks, as assigned.

· Keep workstations clean and organized.

Requirements

· Must have good attendance and be punctual.

· MUST have a high school diploma or GED.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

· Must be able to work well with a team.

· Must be able to work overtime, as needed.

· Must occasionally be able to lift up to 50 pounds, 100 pounds in group effort.

· Must be able to bend, twist, stand for long periods of time, walk, climb, and stoop.

· Must have reliable transportation.
