Pay: $3100 Gross per week for 40 hours
Pay Breakdown:
$1800 taxable weekly
$1300 Stipends weekly
$45.00 hr Taxable
$32.50hr Non-Taxable
$77.50/hr Blended

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including home care and acute care facilities.
Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including shift management and scheduling
- Develop and implement care plans in accordance with regulatory standards
- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure compliance with Medicare, MDS, and HIPAA regulations
- Oversee the assessment of patients' needs and the development of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably as a Director of Nursing
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
