Project Description:
This project will be of the highest quality and will demand exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering similar high-quality construction projects with a keen understanding of the unique demands of casino-resort-hotel construction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience in casino-resort-hotel construction, with minimum 5 years as FMPE Coordinator.
- Extensive knowledge of Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (FMPE) systems.
- Verifiable references required.
- Proficient with construction management software and field use of company-provided tablets.
- Excellent communicator using all modern methods (email, text, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an intense environment.
- Positive team player capable of leading a large team of construction professionals and experienced subcontractors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination, construction, and commissioning of the Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Development Managers and Ownership.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, particularly regarding exterior milestones and weather-related adjustments.
- Anticipate and exceed client expectations through exceptional service and quality of work.
