Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Concrete Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Concrete Ready to Mix sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ready-mix concrete sector, including contractors, builders, and construction companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
Develop a deep understanding of our ready-mix concrete products, including specifications, applications, and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products, addressing any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
Strong understanding of ready-mix concrete products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
