We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations, providing care to patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures as required
- Utilize Cerner or other medical office systems for patient care documentation
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Provide compassionate care to patients with diverse needs, including dementia care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Complete medical documentation efficiently and accurately
- Administer basic life support when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in various healthcare settings is preferred
- Proficiency in using medical office systems like Cerner
- Strong knowledge of vital signs monitoring and patient care techniques
- Familiarity with dementia care practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
