We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Operations Analyst to join our team. The software operations Analyst is tasked with understanding the client portfolio regarding business, data knowledge, and end-to-end processes. They will collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve bugs. They also ensure that processing and validations are completed within a timely manner for each client, as well as maintain process documentation for cross-functional reference​.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly subscription client results across all Pareto products and markets.
- Analyze client-provided data, conduct basic testing, and validate data to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Execute quality control (QC) processes and publish client-facing Tableau dashboards, understanding their business significance for our clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client portfolio business rules and data specifics, including file names, file types, schemas, rules, and exceptions.
- Update Jira tasks to track progress on monthly client deliverables and other ad-hoc assigned tasks
- Create detailed Jira defects for any blocking issues.
- Support the product scrum team by conducting Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all risk adjustment model deployments.
- Aids in resolving defects related to ingestion, data processing, and validation jobs.
- Perform annual processing updates and other maintenance activities to ensure result accuracy.
- Generate client-facing validation reports as part of the monthly client delivery process.
- Act as a subject matter expert on risk adjustment data processing and solution outputs. Willingness to be on call during weeknights or weekends as needed by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in data analytics, information systems, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in roles involving QA, Testing, Data Validation, Data Processing, or technical process enhancement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with healthcare data, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, membership, or provider data.
- Extensive expertise in SQL.
- Knowledge of Python and PySpark is advantageous.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Tableau dashboards.
- Exposure to AWS Services.

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
This position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Must possess familiarity with office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using Jira and Confluence for task management and reporting preferred.
Familiar with the following AWS tools: S3 / Athena / Glue / Lambda / CloudWatch / Step Functions / DynamoDB / Quicksight / EMR Studio
