Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Reengineering Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes, identifying pain points, and providing actionable recommendations along with a comprehensive implementation plan. The role requires a strong background in IT and IT processes, with a preference for candidates holding Lean Six Sigma certification. The candidate should possess skills in conducting interviews and performing ROI analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Evaluation:
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Determine critical pain points within current processes that hinder performance and productivity.
- Develop and present detailed recommendations for process improvements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to support recommendations and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Perform ROI analyses for each improvement initiative to quantify the expected benefits and justify the investment in process changes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights, validate findings, and ensure alignment on proposed changes.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders and process owners to gather detailed information and insights on current processes and pain points.
- Develop a change management strategy to address resistance, communicate changes, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of current processes, proposed changes, and implementation plans.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and ensure smooth transition and adoption.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process reengineering or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong background in IT and IT processes, with the ability to understand and improve technical workflows.
- Experience in performing ROI analyses to evaluate the financial costs and benefits of process improvements.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews to gather qualitative data and insights.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) software.
