Job Details:
This role will be focused on directly supporting the development of the Cost and Demand Management team’s product portfolio of PowerBI Dashboards. These dashboards will enable the CLIENT to identify readiness degraders and opportunities for cost avoidance and monitor performance.
Below are the responsibilities for the position:
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients on pain points and potential use cases for additional dashboards. Conduct end-to-end logic mapping to identify system data element dependencies and risks. Identify, cleanse, and integrate relevant data sets into Databricks pipelines leveraging medallion-structured tables. Develop dashboard wireframes connected to data pipelines. Conduct testing to debug prior deploying the MVP and UAT. Conduct UAT with stakeholders for dashboards and integrate feedback into MVP. Tailor access based on user roles.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics or Data Science discipline4-6 years of PowerBI development and coding experience or tableau Experience with Python or other equivalent coding languages
Experience with Databricks and Jupiter/ADVANA Experience with SQL
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with data engineering and wrangling
Experience with analytics
Strong communication skills and leadership briefing experience
Strong critical thinking/problem solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active secret clearance
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired Skills Naval Aviation Enterprise experience
