The Role of a Primary Care Physician (PCP)
As a PCP, you will work as a lead in our team-based care environment, providing high-quality medical care to our patients, following level of medical care and quality standards.
You will assist in the coordination of patient services, including specialty referrals, hospital and SNF coordination, durable medical equipment, and home health care.
You will act as an active participant and key source of medical expertise with the care team through daily huddles.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the state of practice
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
