Conviva Care Center , a subsidiary of Humana Inc. , is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physicians (Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine) for our clinics in our Corpus Christi, Texas market .

A Primary Care Physician opportunity on our team can offer :
Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm schedule and minimal call or Saturday coverage
More time with your patients - typical one-hour-long initial patient appointments - typical 40- to 45-minute-long exam time

Required Qualifications :
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid, unrestricted license in the state of TX
Current, unrestricted DEA license
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience
Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value-based relationship environment
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
Knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality indicators
