The Role
This role requires a dedicated and compassionate physician who can provide high-quality medical care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients, following level of medical care and quality standards
- Assist in the coordination of patient services, including specialty referrals, hospital and SNF coordination, durable medical equipment, and home health care
- Act as an active participant and key source of medical expertise with the care team through daily huddles
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the state of practice
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
