Pursue Your Passion for Geriatric Medicine
With a focus on geriatric medicine, you will manage Medicare Advantage panels of patients, understand best practices in coordinated care environments, and navigate value-based relationships. You will have knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage, bilingual skills (English and Spanish), and HEDIS quality indicators. This role is considered patient-facing and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
