Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Conviva Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas.

A Day in the Life of a Conviva Physician
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm; no weekends or paid holidays off
- Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
- See 10-12 patients per day, with opportunities to spend more time with each patient
- Authorized appointments are 45 minutes long
- Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, including charting, meetings, and administrative tasks related to patient care
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment (or willingness to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
